Ask about leasingThe building
It was a landmark on this corner for generations. The renovation keeps what made it worth keeping — the brick, the timber, the scale — and puts the floors back to work, each one carrying a different part of the same idea.
Renovated in phases. Parts of the building will open before others.
Offices and meeting rooms for organizations serving this neighborhood, and quiet rooms for sitting down with someone one to one.
Recreation, fitness, youth programming and a working kitchen — the everyday reasons to come through the door.
The hall. Built for the celebrations, fundraisers and gatherings that fill a room, with a bar and a kitchen behind it.
A wedding on the event floor helps pay for the programs downstairs.
That is the whole model in one sentence. The parts of the building that earn are what keep the rest of it affordable — below-market rooms for local organizations, and programs a neighborhood can actually reach. It is why the hall matters as much as the offices.
Host an event
Weddings, quinceañeras, galas, conferences, banquets, showers, memorials, community fundraisers and concerts. One hall, a bar, a kitchen, and parking on a corner people can find.
Bookings will run through a single system, managed on site, so one person can answer you about dates, the room, the kitchen and the bar without sending you somewhere else.
Dates are not open yet. Tell us what you are planning and when, and you will hear from someone as soon as the calendar opens.
This is where the room goes. Photographs of the hall, the bar and the kitchen will sit here once the renovation reaches that stage.
Nothing is shown yet because nothing has been photographed yet — and a stock photo of somebody else's ballroom would be a lie about a real room.
The building today
This is the building as it is right now, before the work is finished. The corner, the original entrance, the timber holding up the upper floors, and the bowling alley half of Fitchburg learned to keep score in.

Placeholder photography. These frames come from the building's earlier property listings and are here to show the layout only. They will be replaced with the building's own photography before this page goes anywhere public.
Concept renderings of the plan. Not photographs, and not final.
What is inside
Not one thing. The point of a building this size is that a lot of different reasons to come through the door can share the same roof, and pay for each other.
Some of it is open to anyone who walks in. Some of it belongs to the organizations based here. All of it is on the same corner.
The organizations based in this building run their own programs and their own services. Each one speaks for itself — what it does, who it serves and how to reach it are its own to describe, not this building's.
What this page can tell you is that they will be here, and how to get to the door.
Who is behind it
The partner organizations are not named on this page yet, on purpose.
Each one has to say yes, in writing, to how it is described here before its name appears in public. Agreeing to take part in a project is not the same as agreeing to appear on a website, and this page will not get ahead of that.
Once each organization has approved its own wording, this becomes the strongest section on the page — real names, real work, no photography required.
Lease space
Offices and meeting rooms for nonprofits, community organizations and small businesses that want to be on this corner as it comes back.
Availability, layouts and terms are being finalized as the renovation progresses. If you want to be on the list early, say so now — the organizations that ask first get the say in what their space looks like.
